Pending Purchase Status. Used Steam Wallet funds to purchase Steam Deck

Pending Purchase Status. Used Steam Wallet funds to purchase Steam Deck

I used my steam wallet balance to purchase a steam deck + steam dock. Why would the purchase be pending? It's not like I used a credit card or paypal, the funds are already available in my Steam wallet.

Been pending for a couple of hours now. I have tried cancelling and re-ordering on web browser instead of steam client, still same results. Any thoughts?

Any idea why this is going on? I understand electronic payments failing, but availablesteam wallet funds? No issues when I added funds into my steam wallet.

Don't cancel and re-purchase. Just be patient.

I believe it has something to do with them verifying the source of your steam wallet funds. I just tried to purchase a steam deck with the money in my steam wallet plus the rest with paypal. It was stuck on pending for hours so I canceled and just used my paypal and it went through instantly. It's definitely an issue with the steam wallet funds and valve probably ensuring the funds weren't obtained fraudulently.

Ok it went through also, took about 5 hours.

Yesterday I ordered mine with my steam wallet too. Still waiting for the payment to be processed :(

happened to me too, had 90% in my wallet and tried PayPal the rest, cancelled that one, added the missing funds, and it STILL went to pending.. I hope the cancelled payments really don't go through and the pending status gets fixed soon..

Mine was just processed a few minutes ago! I suppose is just a matter of patience then? Maybe it also matters where you order it from?
