This looks like you are using a Mac? Which kind of Mac do you have?
Are you running Steam through Wine or something?

Ah, I just saw round corners xD

There's a log folder in the Steam installation folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs
You can order the files by modified date. And look into these, which have the newest timestamp.
Maybe you can find something there.

There's also a Windows Event Viewer, which recrods errors happening in Windows itself: https://www.howtogeek.com/123646/htg-explains-what-the-windows-event-viewer-is-and-how-you-can-use-it/
Take a look into that too.
Ok but i don't know what I'm looking for in that app xd
So I find error with steam client there and now how I can fix it ?

Start your Steam and remember the time you did.

There are multiple categories. Look into each of it and check entries around your time.
Are there any errors / warning/ critical stuff?

// EDIT

What does the error say?

They say :

1. ,,The Steam Client Service failed to start due to the following error:
The service does not respond to a start or control signal within the expected time"

2. ,,A timeout occurred (30000ms) waiting for the Steam Client Service to connect."

The next step is to google "A timeout occurred (30000ms) waiting for the Steam Client Service to connect."

I basically found that tjis can happen once in a while. So it doesn't mean that's the root cause of your problem, but it may be a part of the puzzle ^^

Are there any other events around the time?
I don't see anything with steam around that time

It didn't has to be Steam related :x
Some warning with google and one with discord but no errors at that time

At the end, do you fix the problem? Because I’ve got that too. Probably it’s connected to the fact that I’ve a custom pc, and I had installed win 11 (with a usb) but then I hadn't activated windows because I didn't have a key. then i found a good offer for a win 11 pro key and i did the activation and the pc had done an update to change the windows version. from that moment on it no longer opens steam
