Steam library bugged and go down when mouse hover on it.

So i need help of someone who is really understanding the root of the problem , i try to give all information i know. Firstly, i had msi katana gf66 with integrated intel card and rtx 3060. I tried download lotro(lord of the rings online) today and its bugged because the game is quite old and always there are problems with software BUT it somehow turn on my integrated graphic card (it was off before i was using only rtx3060 before) i tried to fix it to off the integrated card but then other bugs comes , suddenly my micro stopped work that i fixed it and then CPU worked on 100% in LOTRO so i just diceded to delete it. But my integrated graphic card still worked and i could see it in task manager. I turned it off and AFTER IT my steam library bugged everytime with my mouse cursor i couldn't fix it and only what helped its turn on my integrated card and now i have both cards turn on and everything work fine. But i don't want both of them working, any ideas what i can to do what it? you can ask any additional information

I just find a variant of solution but it does not solve the root of the problem but who have the same problem just turn off setting in steam - settings - interface - render pages with GPU
it helped me but still i want to solve the root as i said. Hope someone smart will help me
