DLC add error help pleaze

i have train sim world 2, but i don't have train sim world 3
i bought a new dlc 'DB BR'
and appears to have been installed on steam
but not visible in game.
i already have 2 dlc, these two dlc was looked seemed and worked well
but new dlc is not appear
I am so annoyed by this,
It seems that only the new dlc has the problem

do not forget that EpicGames own Train Sim World Series.

Most likely DLC for Train Sim World 3 is incompatible with Train Sim World 2. How you were able to purchase the DLC is strange because Steam generally does not allow purchase of DLC for games you don't own. Try the following however:
1. Right-click on Train Sim World 2 in your library and select Properties.
2. On the left pane select DLC.
3. Does the DLC you purchased appear in the list?
4. If the DLC is there make sure the box is checked to allow use of the DLC in-game.

1) Train Sim World 2 DLC are playable in Train Sim World 3

it is stated here

a) Like TSW2, preserved collection will be brought back and all routes currently playable in TSW2 will be playable with-in TSW3, renamed "Train Sim World Compatible" add-ons.

in other words, Train Sim World 2 is merged and became part of Train Sim World 3.

p.s Train Sim World and Train Sim World 2020 are also playable on Train Sim World 3 too.

But strangely, the size of the newly purchased DB BR dlc is 168.57 MB. The ice or LGV I bought before is 4GB or 3GB. Isn't it strange?

You don't have to buy Train Sim 3 to play Train Sim 2 dlc (they will work with TS3 though). I noticed you posted in the game hub, but didn't follow up with the person there. You should probably do that as someone familiar with the game is more likely to be able to help you then random's here.

They might be able to give you specific troubleshooting tips unique to the game where as here it'd be a more generic "reinstall the game" and such like that. The dovetail forums themselves are also pretty active as well outside of Steam.

Also you didn't answer/acknowledge xarvn's post which includes some basic first steps.
