[Help] Can't increase Vram more than 2gb.
I want to increase Vram to 4gb but unable to do, for me it shows I can max increase vram to 2gb only, please help me to increase it to 4gb as I want to play latest games on average settings.

Specs -

Only 1 stick of 16gb ram,
B450M DS3H,
Amd Ryzen 5 5600G,
(No graphics card)
OS - Win 10 Pro

Getting really bad performance even on older games like CS GO, Alan Wake Left 4 Dead 2. I have seen people on this same configure play latest games atleast at 1080p low but even at lowest 720p I can't get atleast playable fps. Please help as I just bought this pc yesterday.

you can't if the driver for the IGP doesn't support it.

sorry but didn't understand what you said.

Explain me in a backbencher language.
In your BIOS setup, you'd need to look for "UMA Frame Buffer Size" and increase it to however much system memory you want to preallocate to the graphics chip. It looks like that board should allow up to 16GB.

Do keep in mind that it is still an onboard graphics chip. While you can get some gaming performance out of it, it's mainly for desktop usage. The need to increase the allocated memory for that kind of chip would be useful for those doing graphical design or CAD/CAM projects where having a large amount of graphical data on screen at one time is important. It's not going to boost performance of games all that much. But at least you know what to look for now.

May sound harsh but get a real graphic card.
As good as onboard CPU graphic solution have become, a cheap entry level real GPU will still beat them handily.
Increasing the VRAM will not compensate for the lack of processing power of those integrated chips.

Integrated GPU are fine for Esport games and old games but for recent ones you need a dedicated graphic card.

Hey bro I fixed the problem, issue was fixed ny installing two sticks of RAM, one stick of RAM was limiting my vram to 2gb. 2 Sticks fixed it.

Still thanks for replying and finding fix for me. :-)
