Issue with SteamDeck Display resolution

For some reason, my icons, apps and everything else are stuck in a "zoomed-in" state, which means some apps are unreadable, as the screen text is too big, and I'm unable to scroll down to see the rest on some things.

I've checked my display config, and the resolution is already set to 800x1200 (10:16), and global scale 200%. These were the default settings when I first got the Deck, when the screen was completely normal and readable (as far as I recall),

Does anyone have any tips as to how I can fix this please?

My display settings are set to
800x1200 (5:8)
Global Scale is 100%

Default as I have never changed them so try setting Global Scale to 100%. Will require a restart.
