My profile background suddenly started scaling to 1440p resolution?

I have been using this background on my profile for a long time, and before, it didn't scale above 1080, which made my artwork fit correctly with the profile in 1080p, even when using 1440p display (my case)

Today, i noticed that in my display, the background is filling the entirety of the background, meaning it scaled up to 1440p, is this a new change?

Can i set it to not fit, and instead stay at 1080p? That would help since the artwork on display is based from the background...

try going to your Profile.. and then click "Edit Profile"
then go to "Profile Background"
try toggling between "Full Screen" and "Original Size" to see if it goes back to the way you remember your profile background working before.
