How do I know my Streets of Rage 4 got the "Mr. X Nightmare" add-on thing?

It was listed on my Steam Program, under 'Streets or Rage 4", that I could pay and install the "Mr. X Nightmare" thing so it'd be "Streets of Rage 4 - Mr. X Nightmare". I when through it, but my library still lists it as just "Streets of Rage 4". What do I do?

It is dlc. Right click the game on library and go properties and dlc tab. That does show the dlc if you bought it.

Ok it's there, with the title "DLC". Under "Install" is a blue checkmark; under "Name" is the game image logo and the name of the game; under "Added" is "Dec 30, 2022" and "Size" with nothing under it. I click on the game image/name, and I go to my Store on my Steam program, and I got to a message page called "Streets Of Rage 4 - Mr. X Nightmare", and below it says: "IN LIBRARY Streets Of Rage 4 - Mr. X Nightmare is already in your Steam library". I then click on the "Play Now" button, and the game starts. So this is how you play "Streets Of Rage 4 - Mr. X Nightmare", and it's the only way to play it?

There is no need to go to the store page, just press the Play button in your library for Streets of Rage 4. DLC is additional content, if installed it's automatically loaded when you start the game.
