Report a translation problem
i went to the steam/packages folder and deleted the "beta" file. Steam updated to the non-beta official version that gave me a normal log-in prompt and now i can use steam normally again.
I guess like i said on that thread, whenever the issue now being if the "beta" thing being a precursor for a future official update to steam that might result in the borked blank pages again. At the very least i heavily suggest having the "remember me" on when logging in, so it can log in automatically without the log-in prompt, as at least you could still access some games from the right click icon shortcut on the bar.
