Help please, how to make a gif in high sharpness?
Hey, guys, I'm new to GIF files, but can someone tell me how to achieve a high definition image, for example, like this:

My art when converting to GIF through different services is very blurry :(

Converting to .gif from what? From scratch or from some video file format? You've not given enough information here. You need to have a high resolution file to begin with. If you use free online services, you gotta choose a correct one. Not every free service let you choose the DPI of the images. Regardless, there's plenty of resource online to learn how to do it. You could use free services, but as you've experienced, won't be tailored to your needs.

Thanks for the reply! I am converting from mpeg4 video format. A common feature of high-definition GIFs is that they have some texture on top if you look closely.

You are going to want to read this thread even before trying to upload artwork...

This thread does not answer my question :(

Since you can't upload anything over 5MB right now, your stuff is going to look bad unless you make it small dimension wise.

My question is about translating a video into a gif even before the upload to steam :)

Your question is about turning a chunk of HD video into a HD gif. This usually means that the gif will be larger than 5MB now, or 8MB regularly and thus can't be uploaded to steam.

HD video uses millions of colors while gif is limited to 256 (which is partly responsible for the texture effect you notice). Any automatic conversion will lead to the blurriness you noticed. You need to prep what's going in and you need to polish up what comes out. Since explaining how to do all that would turn this post into a full blown tutorial we're back at:
