How to fix Avatar Frame edge?

The avatar frame is not lined up properly and I can see it clearly not working in Mini profile when you hover and in the big profile. It gives the ugly line or edges that make it look unprofessional. Please can someone fix the avatar frame or is there an alternative other than not using the frame and wasting my points? I have the hospitality frame but seeing the edges are just an eye sore and there are probably avatar frames that have this problem.

It's up to the publisher to fix the frames if they don't align the way they should. A lot of publishers rush to get things into the Point Shop without properly editing them so they work as expected.

I remember there was one where they forgot to make the center transparent, so the inside of the frame hid the entire avatar behind a black square. I wonder if that one was ever fixed.
