in UK, there are plenty of people being lay off from their companies too.

all in all, there are multiple possibilities, you can't just push the blame all onto Steam Platform only and never consider other possibilities at all.
It could be my ISP but as an IT guy I can't comprehend why my ISP would target my personal steam profile only?
