Problems with my account

I'm encountering a strange problem that only seems to be occuring to MY account. In other words, it's not my steam client or internet that seems to be the problem cause I can load other profiles no problem, including the ones on my friend list.

The thing is, I can't load my profile page (not even from my internet browser, that's why it can't be related to the steam client itself)

Error message:
An error was encountered while processing your request:

Failed loading profile data, please try again later.

It only happens to me and I can't even post messages here until it randomly "fixes" itself only to occur again sometime in the near future ('ve been waiting to post this message for hours until it let me "log in" even though I could still chat with my friends)

Strangely enough I can load the Store page no problem and download games from my library

Does anyone know what I can do? Maybe you've experienced the same thing and know of a solution? Maybe all I need is to submit a ticket for Valve?

Same problem with me. It always happens from about 9:00 p.m (UTC+8) to midnight every day. But strangely there is no problem with my other accounts. So I think this is neither a regional problem nor a PC problem. It may be a problem of valve's servers

another possibility is this

1) your ISP throttle the internet connection

kindly take note that this type of problem your are having goes both ways.

More and more users seem to have this problem. It's not local network problems. It's some Steam server(s).

the war between Ukraine and Russia might be the cause of it too.

in UK, there are plenty of people being lay off from their companies too.

all in all, there are multiple possibilities, you can't just push the blame all onto Steam Platform only and never consider other possibilities at all.

I DID consider other possibilities, I've been trying to troubleshoot this before even posting this message, I don't know why you assume I didn't, I even made it clear in my post what I did and did not check for.

It could be my ISP but as an IT guy I can't comprehend why my ISP would target my personal steam profile only?

It's not you, or your ISP. It's Steam. Even if it was the war then it's still a Steam server or servers that are affected. The problem accounts are all over the world including Australia, so it wouldn't make sense it got anything to do with the war.
