"There was a problem adding this product to your account. " Not going away for days
I want to add the free DLCs for the various TW Warhammer games, but the game doesn't let me.
I always get the error message "There was a problem adding this product to your account. Please try again later."
Nothing I googled here helps or is concrete. I have tried (re)installing the corresponding games, used browser, etc. Nothing helped so far.

Here are a few examples of things that I am unable to add:

Are they all checked in the manage my dlc box?

No, they are not in library and when I try to access them ingame the game tells me that the DLCs are not owned, but I could get them for free.
