Anonymous Steam Gifts
Is there a way for me to send someone I know a game for a present on Steam without revealing my Steam account/profile to them (and also without setting my overall profile to private on Steam)?

There must be, as I've received several trading card packs after reviewing some games. Though they could just be gifts from devs simply for reviewing.

I mean, you have to be friends on Steam in any case to send a gift so the new account would need to befriend that user anyway.
