I want to return these games, but I have lost more than 2 hours on one of them, the lost is more than this time because I wanted to forcefully complete the story mission, which could not be completed in any way, I tried to transfer it to another disk, I restored the operating system, and suddenly again I installed the game and had to go through everything again, which resulted in more hours of the game, no way helped the error is still there, so I wanted to return it but I noticed that I have 6 hours of play and I can't, what should I do.

Just FYI the refund policy is for no questions asked, so when you go outside of the refund policy, it's up to support to choose to issue refund, or not, don't assume they do it, as they can always deny future refunds when you're outside the refund period.
