Which region store accepts Hong Kong (HK) gift card to redeem

I recently bought some Hong Kong global gift cards but when I try to redeem them steam says they are invalid, I learned that it's because of my store region being USA now I wonder which region to switch to be able to redeem them
Ps: I can't give them back, I live in Iran

your account should only be set to the region you actually LIVE IN. setting it to another region to bypass region restrictions can result in the account being permanent locked or terminated

Welp, technically you're not supposed to be on Steam anyway given that you're in Iran.

As far as the cards, there are no "global" cards. They're tied to the currency in which they are valued. If your store region is USD, then you would need cards that are in US Dollars. Euros for Euros, etc.
