Windows 11 Trouble installing games / Crashes

just wondering if anyone else is having these issues
reset my computer and did a clean windows install and it automatically downloaded windows 11 i have never had any issues updating before so i never thought about backing anything up but
with the steam sale ive had nothing but problems

Hunt showdown
Crysis games
Outward
people play grounds

all either wont download or crashes while playing it some say invalid steam executable winx64
or just stop downloading at 99.9% with 1Mb left

googled it and tried all the common fixes nothing worked also checked the hard drives and it says they are all function properly didn't have these issues before resetting my pc

Seems very strange, never had a problem with Windows 11. Switched basically on release day to it and all my games download, install and play just the same as on Windows 10 before that including some you mentioned like Crysis or Outward.
Maybe something has gone wrong during the Windows installation or you are missing some drivers?

i checked the drivers and made sure windows installed properly and i am on the latest update
