Finally, do yourself a favor and read up on scams. This should have been simple to sniff out. Why would any Valve employee need you to buy Empire coins? If you have lost access to the account, read the guide below, follow it closely. If you cannot do one step, go to the next and it should allow you to contact support to recover your account. If you still have access, only do the steps above

Steam only communicates using the ticket system.
If I reported you to the cops for stealing my car would the cops just lock you up or would they investigate? Steam is no different They'd investigate. As that user is someone you've never been in contract with Steam would only need to know you've only just been in ouch and the report is a fake and they'd ignore it. + the fact is with this type of scam they don't actually report anyone
Report block and move on. Next time don't believe and trust stuff from random strangers
I saw that and was in the process of editing my post.
That guide is for recovering an account not securing it
OK
Then nearly even more money, and you just didnt because you couldnt.
You need to stop interacting with scammers before you even send them anything, way before you even think about sending them account details, or money.
Look at what happens from outside.
REAL things are fine with taking your time and asking somehwere else first, or simply contacting the REAL support on your own.
Only scammers tell you, "no time, do what i say now".
And they show you "certificates" and "fake videos of what they are able to".
Everything you gave them they will use against you. Thats why they asked for your email and number as well.

Scammer hoping you're gullible to do what they tell you, FYI your login name display on the purchase history, hence why they're asking for it.
It's funny none of that set off a red flag to you at all while you're repeatly doing what they asking buying things for them, ask yourself why would "support" ask you to buy things... When have support of any company in history told the customer need to buy something to prove anything about themselves, or for a ban. If it still not dawn on you yet, either you're too young to be on the internet, or need supervision from family members, or someone else to monitor what you're doing on the internet since you're that gullible to fall for scam that someone randomly contact you, and told you to do things for them.
Do these things to kick scammer off account.

Report the account that contacted you via discord, and report their Steam account as well.
Now how were you buying these " CSGO EMPIRE COINS" ? Did you use credit card, or bank transfer on the scam site? If yes contact your credit card, or bank transfer to start up a chargeback for fraud, you fell for a scam simple as that. If you buy something via Steam itself, and were sending them items, games, or etc to them via Steam, then you contact Steam instead for support, and report everything what has happen clearly so they can understand.
