Game Purchase sucesfull, but not appear in my library.
Hey all. I'm trying to Pre Order Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition, I add the game to my cart, and when I'm going through the process, apply the charge in my otp app on my phone, steam says "Thank You for your purchase" But the game is not appearing in my library, and they not charge my bank card with the game price, any idea about this? Should I just wait, its because winter sale kill the server?

1. Pre-Purchases do not necessarily appear in the library until the release.
2. Check the purchase's status according to Steam:

Does it say successful?
3. Charges are not instantaneous in many cases and can appear days after the actual purchase.

https://store.steampowered.com/account/history/ does the game appear there?

Monetary transactions are delayed, depending on the payment method and your bank.

As far as I know, its should automaticly appear in my libary, only I would not be able to install it, but I should see it there.Atleast it was like this, for everybody else who I know and preordered it.
And no, I'm not seeing the transaction via the link.

No, Its not appearing there.
Well, I don't know. This is my first pre order via steam. But not my first purchase, and every time when I bought something, they charged me with the price instantly.

Did you get a confirmation mail?
If the purchase does not appear in either of the links Ettanin and i provided i'd say the purchase was either not successful, or on the wrong account.

Small tip, in the screenshot you've provided your private account name is visible. I recommend you delete that one as such sensitive information has no place in public view.

Thanks for the tip, removed the link. And yes, I got an email, about something went wrong, they will save my cart for 72 hours. But then why the steam app says Thanks for purchase? And what should I do? Just wait?

I have the same problem, i want to buy little nightmare but the first purchase failed, i try again and it says "thank you for purchase" but i don't have the game in my library, i didn't have the verification mail, i don't know what i have to do...

Well, sadly I don't know neither. https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase I wrote them a ticket here, under the "I can't complete my purchase on the Steam Store" tab. But if its not working for you neither, its probably something with the steam servers. Atleast I'm hoping about this. Don't know any better option, just wait.
