Steam CD Key

I just purchased Battlefield 1 and it's requiring me to go through and activate it on Origin. Origin requires a product Key to activate. Every single thing I've found just says, "Right click on the game, go to 'Manage' then click 'CD Key'." Problem is, every single time I go to 'Manage', the only options that show up are "Add desktop shortcut", "Browse local files", "Hide this game", and "Uninstall".

So where am I supposed to find this key? I check my emailed receipt and it only lists the games I bought yesterday, no keys for any of them. What am I missing here?

Log into Origin through Steam. That'll get the accounts linked.

The moment I click on Play, it opens the EA window and hits me with: Something went wrong... to continue linking your EA Account, head back and start over.

Which is wholly unhelpful.
