game won't recognize my save files

Hi there. I play horizon zero dawn on steam. I played on a certain PC for about 15 hours (all of which were saved on steam cloud), and than moved a new PC and played for 30 more, on the same run. The transition went fine.

suddenly, last week, I loaded the game and it seemingly forgot the last 30 hours. on the "load" menu, it only let me choose from the saves on the old PC. I STILL HAVE all of my saves, on %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Horizon Zero Dawn\Saved Game\ , and the files seem intact, but it won't show me these saves on the in game menu - the game seems to not recognize this folder at all, only what's on the steam cloud. When I press "browse files" on the steam settings it sends me to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Horizon Zero Dawn.
Anyone had this problem? any fix? it's very frustuating because I have all of the save files, they just wouldn't load for some reason.

Ransomware issue, game require thirdpart access to Document folder. ( anti-virus app issue )

New game rule make game then save, restart game can i load my save game now ((( check ))).

Even seen game cant save, because you have no rights to do it.
