Non-Steam Games & Big Picture. Not working with Shield & Xbox Controller
Hey Guys,

Hope someone can help. I've got an Nvidia Shield and Nvidia is pulling support for Gamestream that I used to use and which works flawlessly with the same game.

I'd like to Steam Link working properly as I actually prefer the UI but now I've worked out majority of the kinks through trial and error, the issue with my controller persists.

Basically I've tried two Non-Steam Games, Spiderman and God of War and added them both into my library.

Upon loading into the game from the Steam Link app on my Nvidia Shield I notice that the games icon has a Keyboard next to it and not a controller.

When in Steam Link I can use my Xbox controller to select the game and so it's definetley working. I can also gold down the 'Select' button in-game to change it to a mouse pointer. But for some unknown reason I can't control the game using my controller.

I've tried remapping my controller, adding a working template to the game pad options and tried every different setting on Controller Configuration but still nothing. I've added the game via Glossi to see if this would help and I can't get it to recognise it at all.

I tried also starting steam as administrator which seemed to work for a little bit but then randomly stopped working.

It's so strange and I'm really struggling to get this sorted. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.
