Windows not remembering steam shortcut location after closing steam, icon missing.
"The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'Steam.lnk' refers to is unavailable."
I have reinstalled steam several times, on several different drives, I have restarted Windows Explorer several times, I have tried everything, but no matter what, when I try to pin Steam to the taskbar, the icon for it is replaced with the white paper icon, and if I close steam entirely, it forgets where the shortcut leads to for no reason. This seems to be more of an issue with Windows itself than Steam, but help would be appreciated. I recently reinstalled a copy of Windows 10 to a new drive and moved everything over, I haven't had this issue before on my old version of Windows 10. I'm going to try restarting my computer and reinstalling steam again, but I have no idea if it's even going to work.
