If you received the message through Discord or Steam chat, it is a scam.

If you received it as an official message, then the message should tell you how long the ban is.

when you get a community ban, you usually also get an alert somewhere in the right corner next to the profile name. That message should have a link to contact Steam Support.

Alternatively you can create a general ticket with the community banned account.

If it's falsely applied, it can be lifted. Though if it's in a game hub, chances are Steam Support won't touch it.

All you can do now is to contact support using this account. If they say no or already said no, then the ban is final.

All you can do now is to contact support using this account. If they say no or already said no, then the ban is final.

i already contacted steam support like 17 hours ago but i dont even know if community ban is permanent or not
