Paypal Payment Not Working

When I try to use paypal on steam from the app. It takes me to safari on the paypal website in order to log in so I can pay. However, the page it opens up is just a blank screen. The url is paypal, yet its just the paypal logo and a white screen below it.

Unfortunately, these tips apply mainly to Windows client and not Android app. The article lacks humanization, seems like maybe written by ChatGPT or a bot of some sort. Having said this, the odd tip might me useful for Windows users who are unaware of basic troubleshooting steps, eg flush DNS.

I use the Steam app on the PC. I now get the paypal window slowly disappear leaving the paypal logo/text before I get chance to do anything? Do they not test their changes. Cant use it at all.

I tried to pay for a game on my iPad and got the Paypal banner problem. Then I tried to pay for it on my PC and got the window slowly disappearing problem. I then tried to pay for the game on my PC by just typing in my cc info. A text appeared telling me my bank had declined the transaction. I called the bank and they told me they hadn't declined the transaction but there seemed to be a problem with Steam not sending the bank some information / authorisation the bank needed. The bank said they had seen this problem quite often recently. I gave up!

P.S. I bought another game on my iPad the day before without any problem. Now I am unable to find any way to buy games from Steam. Do they not care about this problem?

Been having this issue since they added the beta app to TestFlight. Just tried again this morning to see if it was still an issue, and it still is. Just goes to a white webpage in Safari with a yellow PayPal banner, but no option to login or pay.

I've given up trying. I'm not going to jump through hoops to pay them. I would have bought a few games in the sale. I suppose I will eventually find a way when a game I can't resist comes out.

Still a problem and the fact Valve doesn't officially address it is ridiculous.

Cleared the download cache on Steam, that fixed the issue. So it's related to the store cache itself somehow too.
