My friend did something to my steam account
Hi everyone, over 2 years ago my friend asked me if he could borrow my steam account to play a game that my account had. I gave him my account for a day to play on it because I dont know how to do this game family sharing in steam and after a few days that I wasn’t logged in i got a message from steam that my account was used for fraudulent activity. I asked him about it and he didn’t reply to me. I contacted steam support a number of times and they didnt helped me resolve it. Do you guys know any tips how to resolve it? Thank you and sorry for the long message I am just frustrated and I don’t know how to restore my account back to normal

With this post, you acknowledge a fraud committed even knowingly. Account transfer

It is against the TOS to borrow your account, anything that happened during that time is your own responsibility.

I have never used any kind of fraud method before and I will never use it and i am extremely disappointed because i have spent a lot of time and resources on my account.

LOL, you couldn't figure out Family Share so you just gave him your login credentials?

The account holder is responsible for account security. Lending your account to a "friend" doesn't excuse you from that responsibility. Whatever your "friend" did on your account still is your responsibility.

And to answer the question in your OP, you can't resolve it. Learn from it and move on.
