Black bar at the bottom of my steam profile?

Just bought a profile background, set it to full screen, yet while having steam open looking at my profile, there's a point where the image just stops and changes to a completely black bar, wondering if there's a way around this?

Did you try changing it from fullscreen to original size, or vice versa?

No, normally the girl and the fox aren't cut off like that.

I'd suggest the OP to look at it in another browser, as well as deleting Steam's web cache then.

Just took a look at the link you sent, could it be that my profile simply...isn't long enough to "load" the whole image? The example shown had a few showcases or what not and that "extended" the length of the profile, mine seems quite short in comparison, so just wondering if that could explain it. Already tried swapping between fullscreen and original quite a bit.

maybe too short profile or your display resolution is too small.

I can only check in 3840x2160.

Was my short profile, thanks! still a black bar at the bottom but it's not visible until you scroll down and im happy with that.
