Steam will not use my paypal balance!
I have 126 euro in paypal balance, i try to buy titanfall 2, but steam make paypal ask directly for credit card i dont have the option to use balance, why?

I can't find anything about verifying one's PayPal account using a passport and since you've tried to fool me twice before, I give up.
