If it's the first question, just put garbage in it so it fails and allows you to then also search by login/account name.
If it's the last question, just put whatever email you want them to contact you at.
My steam account and email have been hacked, I obviously have all the data to proof my ownership but the support@steam.com email is now disabled.
If I try to follow the steam recovery account system it obviously wont work since the I cant access to the email anymore, so where do I have to send my personal information to recover it??
Dont do something else.
1. Access steam from a web browser.
2. Log out if you are logged in.
3. Start the recovery as outlined in the guide Satoru posted above.
4. When asked to search for your account by email address, enter the address you registered to the account and click search.
5. If the account is found then all is well, and you can continue following the guide.
If the account is not found, then the hijacker changed the email, but there will now be a new option to search for the account by "account name".
Since the account name cannot be changed, you will find the account this time.
6. Keep following the guide.
If you are expected to receive an email from steam, there will be an option to say that you don't have access to the registered email.
You will then have to enter an email address that you do have access to.
