Failed loading profile data, please try again later.

As in title, I've got an error on my main account that says "Sorry! An error was encountered while processing your request: Failed loading profile data, please try again later." while loading my profile. I've been having this issue for a few days.
It is showed up on my friends list with a name consisting of numbers and avater which is a question mark . I can't even start a discussion in the forum. I checked my internet and it works fine.
I tried to change my IP and move the folder (steam/userdata), but it seems that nothing happened.
Is there any solutions?

Thanks for replying. It was shown correctly just a few minutes ago. This is the second time that error occurred today. hope they can fix it soon
