Report a translation problem
All of them together count as one game and you are over 2 hours for the refund limit like this.
You can try asking for a refund in a manual ticket, select the game on the Support page and select " I have a question about this product" which allows you to write a manual ticket to Support.
Explain the situation politely and ask again for a refund.
They may make an exception. But if they say "no" please take that as the final answer from Steam. Because it is.
Part that is important, with further a very important sentence made bold and underlined:
It doesn't matter that Chapter 1 is free. Also important is that playtime on Steam is the time the .exe is opened. So if you played for 20 minutes and then left the game open for 3 hours, your playtime is 3 hours and 20 minutes (not saying you did, but an example).
