PS5 Controller connected via Bluetooth not working in games
When I connect the controller with USB everything is working as intended.
But when I connect it via Bluetooth, I can calibrate in steam and it recognises the inputs, but as soon as I get into a game, either through big picture or not and also in non steam games, it doesnt recognise any inputs anymore.

I did use the Dualsense firmware updater for the controller.

Since Steam games aren't responding to inputs, I take it you have PlayStation Configuration Support disabled (Steam > Settings > Controller > General Controller Settings)?

If that's correct and a deliberate choice then what I've come to learn:
The controller operates in two modes. Games that support the DualSense via DirectInput need the controller operating in 'simple' mode, but there is a bug in Steam that always switches the controller to enhanced report mode and so break DInput compatibility.
(Over USB, the controller in enhanced mode is still compatible with DirectInput/simple mode stuff.)

Try the system environment variable to keep Steam from switching the controller away from DInput/simple mode:
