Bought a game, bank account was charged but not in library or my purchase history?
Hi All,

like the title suggests I bought the Callisto Protocol and was charged for it but it's not showing in my purchase history or library, has anyone else had this issue? if so, how did you manage to resolve it?

100% sure I didn't as I purchased through the mobile app which I only have this account

Edit: just checked my only other account just to be safe and nothing there either so was definitely this account

Canceled/failed transaction? Wait for your bank to properly process everything.
Hello, the same happened to me, I wrote to the support, but they said it is related to the bank and closed the support. If it is related to the bank, please help and fix it?
