How do i put dota 2 game in steam

So i uninstall steam and when i install steam again just to dislocate it i didn't know how to put dota 2 in steam so just to put everything in but i accidentally uninstaled dota 2 but i got the Dota 2 folder so what should i do. Please Help Me i try searching but nothing works.

if you have dota 2 folder go to steam directory then steamapps-common paste your dota 2 folder there and try to install it with steam client again it will discover old files and you dont have to actually download it again.

That's actually another problem i can't find Common in steamapps

create then u maybe still didnt try to install anything thts why thr is no common folder
create a new folder in steamapps name it common and put dota2 folder there

Hey it work.. i created a new folder common then i put the dota 2 folder but i also put the appmanifest_570 in the common files then re-downloaded the dota 2 then it's started to discover

I do that but when I want to install the game it will download it again
