Can't update CS:GO dedicated server!

So, I recently created a csgo dedicated server with plugins. Everything was fine and nothing was wrong until it says in the CMD that my server is out of date and I have to update and restart. I did that by typing app_update 740 in the SteamCMD. But it says that it is already up to date. I didn't think there was gonna be a problem but when i try starting the server again the same message pops up.

I know that you can make a new one and redo everything in the files but that would take forever for me because I have so much things changes and added to the server.

I've tried alot of things to fix it. example: typing app_update validate, making a new server and adding a few folders, files from the old one. This has happen twice and i think it will happen every time Valve releases a new update to csgo. So I cant redo my whole server like every week.

Some help/ideas would be extreamly appreciated!

Nope. I am still doing a new server everytime it has to update :(
