Random windows popping up because of Steam?

Alright, after my Lenovo Ideapad with windows 10 updated, random windows kept popping up. the pops are random, and only stay up for a few seconds, but they are really annoying. I've already contacted Microsoft support and they told me to troubleshoot the problem by doing a clean reboot. After doing that, I was able to identify the source of my problem, It was the Steam application that was causing these pops. So I come here to ask... is there any solution to this problem?

probably a windows app running in the background?

for troubleshooting, i choose to install engadget, a windows 10 app, o another windows 10 user account.
when there are news updates, then engadget app would pop up even while gaming causing game disruption.
uninstalling the app fixes the problem.

try to see if there are windows 10 apps running in the background and change their setting to manual launch if applicable.
try to see if there are other programs set to run automatically.

as for steam application causing the popups, i know of steam news update popping up after steam cleint launch. afaik, it does not do reappear again if the window is closed.

My mistake, steam is not causing these pop ups. It's DCOM of all things XD.
