Someone that knows how much it would cost for me to lvl up to lvl 30-35? Would it cost 5$?

Way more than $5. Let's assume you could craft a badge for 25 cents every time (you won't be able to.) Before level 11, one badge equals 1 level. But starting at 11, it's two badges per level. From 21 and up, it's three badges per level. At 25 cents per badge, you would need to spend $4 just for levels 11 to 20.

My bad, didn't check your existing level. You need 2 badges per each of the next six levels, then another 3 badges for the next 5 levels. In short, you need 27 badges. You can only craft a badge 5 times, and I'm assuming you have already crafted some of the cheap badges.

The cheapest card sets available (if you haven't already crafted them) are currently 35 cents, 35 cents, 36 cents, 39 cents, 40 cents, and 41 cents. So you would need to spend a minimum of $10.07 USD.
