Okay, that's it. I need help now.
It's been 170+ days sinse I've verrified my account. Why? SMS codes.

You see, I can't verrifiy my account. A long time ago, my first Email was deleted and recently my phone died for good, and I can no longer recive the texts containing that crucial little SMS code. I can't change my old Email and I can't recive the SMS text to do so, and I can't turn off Steam Guard or I won't be able to sell the cards I need to sell to get a game for a friend that is on sale. Please, as soon as you please, I can't take these SMS verrification issues anymore. I need some way or someone to send help or something, because I've issued a few tickets through support, and nothing has come up. Apparently I'm number 1,998,762nd in line for Steam support. :steamsad:

You should close all but the first ticket. Did you provide proof of ownership? Steam can't assist you without it.

Now how am I supposed to do that? I can't verrifiy my Email, I can't get an SMS code, I can't verrifiy it. I need some way to prove it. Would sending a screenshot of a digital key I got for Mount and Blade alongside a screenshot of it in my Steam inventory work? I can't find any paper proof. I don't keep records like that. And, of course, I can't show any digital reciepts because the Email it keeps sending them to no longer exists.

I'm not sure why you think providing proof of ownership or closing tickets requires access to your old email or an SMS message; your Steam support account is a separate account altogether. The link above explains what proof Steam will accept. You can click on an individual item to see how to provide the proof in question.

I looked through the proof and I can't provide any of it. Seriously, I don't have any reciepts or anythign to prove this is my account other than the fact I, obviously, am using this account. I don't have bank statements because before now I was using my parents' card, and I can't buy anythign with my own card because I'm not verrified. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place and I need SOME KIND OF WAY to prove I am who I say I am without having to provide something I don't have nor have the means of obtaining. I can't get a reciept, a game key or ANYTHING. Unless there are bank statements on Steam which I bet there are, but I doubt those would prove anything.

If you cannot provide the proof in the linked article, Steam cannot give you access to the account. You can update your ticket explaining you do not have the proof requested in the support article, and ask if they will accept anything else. If they say no, you will have to register a new account.

... Of course, because why would I EVER want to have this fixed? c:

Honestly, it'll take 6 months for my ticket to go through like last time.

This is a user forum, nobody here can restore access to your account. Without email, the recovery code, or the ability to receive SMS, the only hope you have of getting your account back is Steam support. If there was a means to bypass these security measures, everyone's account would be hijacked.

Of course, because my account with 3 free games is totally worth hacking. Hell, I'll try it again for theeeee-- 20th time in a row, now..... Whatever I guess. Nothing can every been intuitive or helpful for once.

If all you have is free games, why don't you just create a new account and download them again? Don't open another ticket, it won't help. Close all but the oldest ticket and add a reply to it explaining the situation, ask what if anything can be done.

What do you THINK I'm going to do? Let this continue?

You can still provide ownership proof you own the account by showing the card number you used to purchase games and then they can probably help you get it verified or something like that.

Well I suppose I could get that. Maybe. So if I can, there's a chance of actually getting verification. If I can't, I might as well move to Chatanooga under the assumed alias 'Platypus of Orange Sherbert'

Well you can always make a new account just add steps of what you need to make sure this doesn't happen again. Steam Guard on, remember email address and verify it.
