How to craft a foil badge?
Can I buy Foil Trading Cards immidately and craft a foil badge or do I first need to craft regularly up to level five and then craft a foil badge?

Foil badges are separate from normal badges, you don't need to craft the normal badge to craft the foil badge.

You can craft a foil badge any time, as long as you have a full set of foil cards.

Same as the regular one, get foil cards and craft it.

Chances of a foil is low, 1% per card drop or per card in a pack. Just buy or trade for them.
