2 steam accounts with the same name, same login and email
I have not been able to log into my proper steam account for almost a month. I have been talking with steam tech for the entire time and still no help. Whenever i log in, it takes me to this account https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198085698404/ which is exactly the same as my account except it says none of the games are mine, doesnt let me play them, and i only have 1 friend. My actual account, and the one my friends see is this one, http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198080800744/ which says i haven't logged in for 24 days. This all started with family sharing settings with one of my friends, but i believe all that is back to normal. Still not working though

It's impossible for two Steam accounts to have the same username, however multiple Steam accounts can have the same display name (mine is habitualaction, for example.) You should check your email(s) for purchase receipts, they will tell you the name of the account that purchased the games.

What ^^ said.

The two accounts are completely different. One was created in January 2013, the other in March 2013. They've existed for over three years each and you're logging into the wrong one!

One was online 23 days ago, the other is online now.
i have changed nothing about the way i log in, same password same username, it just started taking me to this level 0 account a few weeks ago. I have tried resetting password, nothing happens

the passwords likely aren't the problem. You are using the incorrect login name for your account-that-owns-games.

Your login name is *not* necessarily the same name as is displayed on your profile. Meaning your login name may not be "th3mand1c" ~ ... looking at your level 0 account i see it once had the display name of "th3mand12" ..maybe somehow that is your login name?

Is it possible you used to have Steam "remember" your login details on your computer so you maybe forgot what your proper login name was and started thinking of your account name as your display name "th3mand1c", even though that may not be the name Steam was remembering your login as?

Your login/account name is what you see at the top-right of your account near your "steam wallet" balance.. and near the X to close the Steam program.

My display name is Hanomaly, and it's the one you and other steam users too, and is publically on my profile.

However the name i use along with my password to log into Steam begins with a "D", and it is *not* Hanomaly. It's a private name only i see. Yours may be too.
