SELF LOCKED ACCOUNT
Someone locked my account! Yahoomail sent me a message sating to click the link to unlock my account but asking me for a code. Where do I find this code? I cant see it on my email. Please help me Steam :(

I am pretty sure you need a phone in order to self-unlock an account. And therefore this email is probably a phishing attempt.

I do have a phone, and my mobile authentication is activated but still its lock :(

Go to Steam directly and initiate from there an unlocking of your account (do not use the email) it should send an SMS to your phone (or ask for a mobile authenticator code) enter the code and your account should be unlocked again.

what do you mean? when I log on to my account, it is asking for steam guard code and when I enter it, still my account is locked. the hijacker locked it.

If you can't do it from that link (first I've heard about you needing a code sent when it was locked) and there are no other options on that page linking you to other options), you'll have to contact Steam Support and provide proof of account ownership.

I really dont know where to get the code :( been sending to steam support but no reply. Really saddens me.

Dont send multiple tickets (just pushes you to the back of the que). Put all your info on one post and wait for a reply. I know it sucks but all you can do is be patient.
