If you’d like Steam Support to remove your phone number or authenticator, we must first verify that you own the account. Please send us as much of the following information as possible so we can help:
The first email address that was used on the Steam account.
If you have associated a phone number with your Steam account, please provide it.
If you purchased software through Steam using one of the payment options provided by BoaCompra, please provide a screenshot of a BoaCompra delivery receipt for a purchase you have made through BoaCompra for the Steam account.
If you cannot access your delivery receipts, please contact BoaCompra support and request a copy of your purchase history report:
