Steamworks developer badge - how and what?
Hello guys! I've noticed that a few people have a blue badge called the Steamwork developer badge. Does anyone where it comes from, when it was possible to be obtained and if it's still possible to get that badge? I really like the badge and I'd love to have it on my Steam profile. I'm assuming it's something to do with being a developer of Steam, or perhaps participating in some sort of Steam game-related testing. Any help will be much appreciated, cheers! =)

Become a Steamworks developer, aka get your game greenlit.

Oh, is that it? In that case, thank you gwait. :-)

Yeah, I know, but I've been working on a game myself for the past few months with a friend of mine, so I guess we're making progress :)

Does not need to go to through greenlight. You can do steamworks application on https://partner.steamgames.com , but it needs to be finished game or software. That link actually got censored without https:// lol. Mods fix it

yes, the badge is only obtained through having a Steam submission to greenlight Greenlit and after that process you then have to fill out documentation that is to fully register for steamworks and agreement with valve etc etc.
