Installed a game with the wrong language

So, i live in germany but thats not my mother language, i installed dark souls prepare to die edition and i forgot to change the language to english, i desinstalled the game but now the change language option is no more, how i can re install the game in english?

What "change language option"? Where was it?

before install the game search for the name in library, then right click, then properties, left click and normally you can choose the language of the game.

You can do that at any time.
Rightclick the game in your library, select Properties and change the language there. Steam will then download and replace the language files, which results in smaller downloads.

Reinstall the game and the setting will be there. Besides, Steam defaults to its own language so set Steam to your preferred language.

yeah, but thats no the case with dark souls, i can not change the language anymore, thats the first time that i have this problem, normally you can can change the game language always.
