cannot subscribe to daybreak all acces
Guy's, I tried to get an all acces with daybreak games, I went to the site of daybreak games, clicked "pay with steam", was asked to deposid money on the account. I did that, put 100 euro's on the account with paypall, went perfectly. filled in the order, was asked to add a credit card as backup for the returning payments (my chose was a full year payment), did that, and still the order keeps giving an error asking my to try again of contact support. Well I did enter a ticket, but I'm getting zero responce on it.

Now I have 100 euro's sitting on a steam account, and I still cant get all acces at daybreak games

this was my first attempt to use steam as a payment methode, not really a great experience. Can I at least get an answer to my problem pls...?

But for some reason or another, you can't use them on Daybreak Game Company's videogame Planetside 2? :TryAgain:

(Seeing that's the only game you've played on Steam, and seeing the developer name matches.)

but I cant get the all acces membership...that's the problem. Nothing to do with planet side. (I play dc universe directly without steam btw

Although, from a quick glance, I'll say this.

You're an unlimited user, which suggests the transaction is at the very least partially processed,

At the same time, you don't have 50 XP you should've gotten from the only badge you've got,

thanks for the reaction, but that's not the case I'm affraid. The purchase simply cannot be completed. It goes well all the way untill I fill in the credit card info. Then I get an error asking me to try again or contact support.

Checked all the info of the credit card, perfectly in order. I dont get it.


very anoying not being able to buy stuff with money already on the account. Since I only play daybreak games that money is worthless at the moment, just sitting there on the steam account.


I did enter the ticket in dutch though, since the whole site was in dutch for my at steam, I supposed they had dutch support also. Perhabs that was a mistake, therefore I post it here.

Well...I renewed my credit card...and I got one step further, but again, I got an error on the last page where you are supposed to confirm the transaction.

Error said to try again or contact support...

And still NO RESPONCE FROM STEAM ON THE SUPPORT TICKED or here for that matter.

For now I have disputed the payment on paypall. I want my money back or a solution for this problem. Deeply disapointed that steam simply ignores my support ticket.

really guy's..? This is sad...

First experience with steam...

I just wish I had gone directly to daybreaks instead of using steam at this moment
