Can I run cs:go without lagging?

CPU Speed : 2.7 GHz
RAM : 3.6
Windows 10
I really want to play this, if I put lowest graphics settings on will this game can I run it without to much lag? Please Help, all help is very much appreciated :DDD

What do you mean, I'm not very good with computers, if you had to guess, what kind of fps am I looking at here?

Dualcore and integrated videochip. It does NOT look good. AMD APUs are notoriously known for their bad performance and having only two cores on one does not help.
Neither does the fact it's a notebook.

The game will run, but expect performance issues, even on low settings.
