can't add funds via visa debit card please guys.. help me don't ignore me :(

Guys.. when I put info in wallet of my visa card an error is coming that your credit card information is dclined by your credit card campany and put hold on funds. Etc.. please friends help me :(

skrill is like paypal if you never heard about it otherwise since ur from india you can get steam wallet cards from here http://www.gamersgift.com there is lot payment method you can use freely.

I believe you have to enter your name, address, and phone number. You do not need to fill out billing address two, that is optional. The information must match the information attached to your Visa debit.

Then contact your bank. Make sure the information you enter on Steam exactly matches the information attached to your Visa debit.

why its not adding funds?first attach your card to skrill account if you even fail it to verify doesnt matter also dont try to add funds to skrill acc first you dont have to. just use skrill payment method in steam will adding funds it take u to skrill site then log in your acc and select that card ?and check if its work ?
