All my friends are muted in a voice chat.
Everything was working fine. I could talk to my friends in steam voice chat(multi-user chat), but then I started having some issues with the wi-fi, it kept slowing down, losing signal. I resetted the router, had some issues backing up all the data for the router, since the last time I reseted it, was 3-4 years ago.

Anyway, when I finally got the wi-fi working, I tried to talk to my friends on steam again, so that we could play something. When we started a multi-user chat I called them, but nothing happened. The circle kept spinning for longer and after a while it just showed a grey mic with a red cross near both my friends profiles. I tried restarting the wi-fi, tried different settings, but nothing works. My mic/headphones are the same, no connections were disturbed between them and the pc. Checked the mic test at the steam voice and everything worked. No technical faults.

Couldn't find any example of my situation online. Tried most of the things that were "similar", but still nothing works - can't hear/talk to them and they can't hear me.

Was wondering, is was the wi-fi issue at fault? Did I do something that interfered with the steam?

I restarted the steam multiple times, even re-installed it. My next move was to re-install the windows, but I don't know, if it will help, since it may be an internet connection fault.

Please help..

EDIT: One of my friends tried to call me in a private chat and I did receive his call. Everything worked. But when I try to call him, it doesn't.
