Go to his profile and click the "More" button, then "Report violation." You can't get your items back, but hopefully he will be trade banned.

oh ♥♥♥♥..this game is not even care the people who help them...all of that items is came from the steam market...and i still have all the reciept

You had all the warnings in the trade window, like "this user changed name recently", "he's your friend for 1 day", "you are gifting this items without getting anything in return, don't believe if he promised something"

i know i read...but is pretend thats tha charter name he isnusing is my cousin..thats why i trusted him...my cousin live only next door to me...and im only using mobile...im still at my work

Report him with the REPORT button on his profile. Then move on. Nothing else you can do.
Scammed items are not returned.
And next time, try to use your brain.

oh ♥♥♥♥.....all the money that i spent were goona be useless...atleast band his account.....i already report him 5times....hopely he wil get ban...

He will get a trade ban at max. You dont get a account ban for something like that.
Also its useless to report him multiple times. Only one report counts per user.
