How do you check the balance of a Steam Wallet Card without redeeming it?
How would you check the balance of a steam card?

There is no way to check the balance of a wallet code, short of redeeming it to your account. If you have a physical wallet card, the balance should be printed on the front of the card, assuming it hasn't been redeemed already.

You can't send wallet funds from your account to another. Only thing you can do is purchase a digital wallet card using an external payment method.
